Came here for a quick ice cream and I wish I lived closer to return! I got raspberry Oreo and it was so creamy and well made. My mother in law got fudge too. They are so friendly and so patient with people who don't know which of their many flavors they want! If I ever come back to this area, I will make sure to return.

From the outside it was very boring, not gonna excite anyone for ice cream and not very marketable. I've passed this place a billion times and didn't even know it was an ice cream place. When I got inside everything was pretty standard with a big board with all the flavors as well as sundae/cone/cup options. A very nice selection and definitely something for everyone, unless you like soft serve ice cream. Which they didn't appear to have. I saw seven layer burrito on the ice cream board and apparently it's a joke? Idk ice cream was great but their was one younger employee that was kind of rude and put off a ton of bad energy. Again ice cream was phenomenal though.

Located in a plaza next to a gas station, this very low key looking ice cream store is a hidden gem for deliciously creamy ice cream. The only reason for the 4/5 instead of 5/5 is Bc this place needs a little bit of maintenance and love lol it's very... outdated and messy. It seems as though they literally just bought the place as is, and placed ice cream freezers inside with some beat down furniture. The tables and chairs were super sticky... and the overall look of the place is not at its best, but!... they ice cream is good! So good. It was super creamy and they gave an abundant amount for what you pay. Two of us got the white grasshopper which is a vanilla base with mint chocolate pieces (tasted like thin mints!!!) and another got coffee and boyfriend got the watermelon sherbet! All was very good, but the sherbet was just ok. It tasted superrrr artificial. Don't recommend that one but everything else was great! Will definitely eat back to try other flavors!

Great place. I called in advance because my son has food allergies. Owner super friendly. Handle my sons food allergies and told us what he does to keep his ice cream to accommodate allergy issues. All ice cream is home made and it tastes great.

JB's is a fantastic ice cream shop. They make all they're own ice cream in the back of the store, and their hot fudge is made there too. I really love that they have a rotating 'adult' flavor; the White Russian ice cream is excellent, as is Mud Slide. Their best flavor has to be Mud Pie though. It's great. To offer one critique, their waffles cones, which are also made in store, are a bit think. Excellent taste, but more crunchy than crispy; and I prefer my cones to be crispy.

Thanks to Yelp, we stumbled across this place, and we were lucky to do so! This is some primo - delicious home - made ice cream and sherbet! My kids got the black raspberry and watermelon sherbets; I got a scoop of the black cherry and of the grape nuts. They were so smooth and creamy. We don't live near here, but we'd surely come back if we are in the area. They will let you try sample bites to help you narrow down the yummy choices.

After a long and grueling couple hours of bowling, my partners in crime and I needed some refueling. Since we were in E. Longmeadow we decided to stop in JBs since I remembered coming here when I was younger and have nothing but fond memories. I was then tasked with choosing a flavor... oh, but how to choose just one... a couple tastings might be in order... chocolate? ...no, my default flavor, have to be a little more adventurous than that! hmm... 'adult flavor'? interesting... white russian... ...sampled. white russian indeed! but not the choice for today I think. heavenly hash? do I even want to know? ...sister sampled it. chocolate and caramel-ly. good but not for me. chocolate moose? ...another sample, I think I've found my choice. Final verdict? scoop of oreo and a scoop of chocolate moose on a chocolate-dipped cone with sprinkles. Sugar overload? ...yes Worth it? ...definitely! As we sat there devouring our delectable treats, we took notice of a challenge on the wall: The 'Avalanche Challenge' 1 person, 1 hour: 12 scoops of ice cream 6 toppings whipped cream nuts and a cherry As we continued eating... our minds wandering... contemplating the possibilities... 'well... it's possible...' 'you'd have to pick the right toppings... not too many sauces or it'd be too soupy...' 'hmm... return trip in the summer to give this a try??' Now nearing the end of our cones, sugar overload kicking in... we start to question the feasibility. Definitely not today, but maybe one day... maybe if the prize were more than a t-shirt... If it isn't already obvious... this place is a worthwhile stop. Place was empty today (probably because it was about 20 degrees with snow covering the ground) but I remember it packed in the summer months. Oh and they also sell house-made fudge!
